DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Ground orders placed before 2pm EST will typically be shipped the same day as the order was placed. Overnight orders placed before 2 pm EST will be shipped the same day as the order was placed. Please make sure that your order is being shipped to a secure location. Once the package has been delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

At this time, Trademark only ships to the US. For international shipping please refer to our Stockists or email us at customercare@trade-mark.com for assistance finding a specific item.

 

TRACKING

 

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. IN the email you will be provided with a FedEx tracking number. IF you have any questions about you order please contact us at customercare@trade-mark.com

 

RETURNS

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please affix the pre-paid FedEx return label to the outside of the package and drop off at your nearest FedEx location. $5 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. If you would prefer to ship your return with a different carrier please insure your package and ship to:

All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging along with the original invoice. All shoes must include the original shoe box and dust bags. All shoes should be tried on on a carpeted clean surface. If shoe soles show any sign of wear we will not be able to accept them for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet the above conditions. All sale items are final sale and non refundable. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you you’re your return for it to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

 

EXCHANGES

 

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order.
